COLLIMEZYN is a water soluble powder preparation containing sulfadiazine and trimethoprim combination which works in synergy against Gram (-) and Gram (+) bacteria.

– Colibacillosis
– Coryza
– Cholera
– CRD complex
– Salmonellosis
– Staphylococci
– Streptococci

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
Poultry : 1 g per 2 liter of drinking water or 0.1 g per kg of body weight for 3-5 consecutive days
