On October 12-21, 2023, Medion visited Vietnam to educate and launch Medivac IB Variant products through seminars and customer visits in Vietnam. This activity is one of Medion’s implementations to expand its products into global markets.
drh. Budi Purwanto and drh. Yonathan Dimascahyo Budianto DVM, MSc, MM as Technical Education & Consultant of Medion was the speaker in the seminar on viruses in poultry. In the presentation, the speaker conveyed the latest information about IB (Infectious Bronchitis) and AI (Avian Influenza) viruses circulating in Vietnam for the last 5 years. This event was also the launch of Medion’s newest product, Medivac IB Variant, a freeze-dried live vaccine that prevents IB in poultry. More than 100 participants from various backgrounds such as educational institutions, veterinarians (prescribers), and farmers attended the seminar held in Hanoi.
Beyond Hanoi, Medion also conducted seminars and visited customer farms in 10 other cities namely Thái Nguyên, Hải Dương, Bắc Ninh, Quảng Nam, Quảng Ngãi, Bình Định, Đắk Lắk, Buôn Ma Thuột, Ho Chi Minh, Tiền Giang.
All participants and customers responded positively to this activity because it provided many benefits and new knowledge about the IB (Infectious Bronchitis) and AI (Avian Influenza) viruses. Participants also learned more about Medivac as a high-quality vaccine with more than 30 years of experience. Medion as an international standardized company will actively continue to expand its distribution coverage to more countries.
