for the treatment of coccidiosis & fowl cholera
INDICATION
• Coccidiosis (blood-stained droppings, weakness, soiled wings, ruffled feathers)
• Fowl cholera (greenish droppings, dyspnea, swelling of wattle and comb)
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
Prevention :
0.1 gram per kg of body weight or 0.5 gram per liter of drinking water. Administer by the 3-2-3 method, i.e: 3 days of treated drinking water, 2 days of plain drinking water, and 3 days of treated drinking water
Treatment:
• Coccidiosis : 0.2 gram per kg of body weight or 1 gram per liter of drinking water, administer
by the 3-2-3 method
• Fowl Cholera : 0.15 gram per kg of body weight or 0.75 gram per liter of drinking water for
6 consecutive days
CAUTION
• Stop giving Coxy Forte 10 days before poultry is slaughtered for human consumption
• Store in a tightly closed container, in a dry and cool place, protected from direct sunlight
