Description

VET STREP is an injection preparation containing streptomycin to treat infection of Gram (-) bacteria and some Gram (+) bacteria in poultry, small livestock, and large livestock.

INDICATION
– Poultry:
CRD, coryza (respiratory tract disorder, such as:coughing, snoring, swollen face, dyspnea & nasal discharge)

– Calves :
Pasteurellosis (transit fever), pneumonia, diarrhea, mastitis, vibriosis, leptospirosis

– Horses :
Polysepticemia (purulent nephritis, joint sickness), septicemia and enteritis, pneumonia

– Swine :
Necrotic enteritis, leptospirosis, diarrhea

– Dog, Cat :
Leptospirosis, cystitis, gastroenteritis (secondary infection accompanying distemper)

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
Add ADESTA or INJEKVIT B-Plex as a solvent to achieve concentration of Streptomycin sulphate 250 mg/ ml. Inject intramuscularly at breast / thigh and repeated until the maximum for 5 consecutive days.
– Poultry : 0.5 – 1 ml per kg of body weight once daily
– Cattle, horse : 0.2 – 0.5 ml per 10 kg of body weight twice daily
– Swine, dog, cat : 0.2 ml per kg of body weight twice daily
